3 glasses of water
1 tablespoon not full of Himalayan salt
1 tablespoon not full of yeast (bio)
Ground pumpkin seeds
Wholemeal flour as needed (I did not weigh it)
In the water add salt, honey, oil and leave the yeast until the yeast melts. Now let it double the dough.
Put the pot in the oven to heat to 220 degrees.
Put some flour in the hot pot then the dough and coat it with a little oil or water (I used water) and put the seeds on top put in the oven for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Once it is cooked, let it stand until it cools down.
