Oven chicken with flavored butter
100 gr butter
70 gr chives
70 gr parsley
1 spece i djegst
2 cloves garlic
A little mustard
salt & pepper; black
Ingredients for potatoes
a little spinach
1 medium spoon tomato puree
panaper painting the chicken on top
red pepper & black pepper
Preparation of flavored butter
Butter should be soft at room temperature. All the above ingredients are combined in a “food processor”.
We take the chicken and the prepared butter and put it under its skin, adding coarse salt.
Grease the chicken and let it stand for hours. Covered with kitchen paper.
Bake in the preheated oven at 220 gr for 45 min.
Preparation of potatoes
We steam the peeled potatoes. Then we take leeks, zucchini and spinach and fry them on low heat for a few minutes. Add tomato puree and pepper sauce. Add water and a little pana.
Once the potatoes are steamy, we take them and remove their inside and join them to the leek mass.
Add salt to the potatoes and add the prepared mass to the inside of the potatoes and pass a little in the oven.
