4 chicken fillets
1 head of broccoli
200 gr kackavall
2 packs of bread
1 kosi sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon salt tea
1. Boil the pasta in enough salted water. Drain and rinse with cold water. Then in the pot / pan fry with a little butter.
2. We take the chicken fillets, clean them and dry them with a kitchen cloth.
Add a little salt and black pepper on all sides.
Give it a frying pan / grill to give it a nice color then remove.
Place the fillets in the pan, add the broccoli (you can steam the broccoli a few minutes before)
3. We deal with sauce:
In a saucepan add the panna cotta, yogurt sauce, garlic powder, a little salt, black pepper, mix well as soon as it starts to get a wave, add the kackavall and continue mixing!
When the kackavall is melted, add it to the fillets and then put it in the oven for about 25 minutes.
Serve with pasta
