500 gr chicken fillet
150 gr dried tomatoes in oil
1 teaspoon spicy pepper
1 tablespoon oregano tea
400 gr penne
2 tablespoons parsley
125 gr mozzarella
Salt and black pepper
Dry the chicken fillets with a kitchen cloth and cut them into small pieces. Drain the tomatoes and store the oil. Chop the tomatoes into small pieces.
In the pan add the tomato oil and fry the chicken fillets until they turn brown. Then add the tomatoes and fry for 1 minute together. Add the mozzarella cut into very small pieces, now continue with salt, black pepper, oregano and spicy pepper, toss here and at the end add the parsley.
On the other hand, we have boiled penne, when they are boiled, drain them and rinse with cold water. Drain well. In the pot where we boiled the pen, add a little oil and fry a little. Put the penne in the prepared sauce or you can serve it on plates and place the sauce on top of them.
Tip: If you have children who will eat with you, be careful with spicy peppers.
