1 onion

5 garlic

2 glasses of water

We take the chicken and clean it well, then dry it with a kitchen cloth. We start and add salt, black pepper, red pepper and rub it with our hands, add as much red pepper as you want, now add olive oil on top of it.

Inside the chicken put the garlic, onion and thyme.

We tie the chicken with threads that are suitable for the oven. (specific for cooking)

We put it in the pan and add 2 glasses of water, 1 small cup of olive oil, spices are needed, it is definitely done without them.

Cover it well with aluminum foil, put it in the preheated oven at 250 degrees (do not be afraid when you see how high the degree is, but follow the recipe that works out well)

Leave it like this for 45 minutes, then open the oven, remove the aluminum foil and place the oven wire on top, while we add the lemon juice to the chicken, leave it for another 15 minutes to get the desired color.

When it comes out of the oven add the oregano.

What to do now with chicken broth?
I made jufka but you can also make potatoes or risotto. Just don’t forget to try it for salt if it’s right or not!
