Ingredients:

1 cup quinoa

3 cloves garlic

1 tablespoon lemon juice
200ml olive oil
1/2 sea salt
3 cloves garlic

1 teaspoon of rosemary
1 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon parsley
1 medium onion
1 leek green part

Preparation:

We take the water and boil it with bouillon powder, onion and garlic. Once the water has got its good aroma with that water boil quinoa. Add to the pot 1 cup of quinoa (which contains 200ml of water) and from the boiled water add 1-1 / 2 cup and 1/2 cup of white wine. Let the quinoa simmer until the water is all dry, mix well and stop the fire. Leave it covered with a lid for another 20 minutes. For marinades;
Mix all the ingredients together, onions, garlic and leeks cut into small pieces. Leave it for a few hours so that their aroma is related to the oil. First we dry the fish with a kitchen cloth then we add the marinade on top of them. For a better result, let them stand for 1 night in the marinade. In a deep frying pan, fry the fish for a few short minutes. Serve on warm plates quinoa, fish and some other vegetables in my case I had steamed brussels sprouts and a green salad. I emphasize: the water where you boiled the onion with garlic, you can use the rest of it for a sauce or soup. Good luck
