450 gr small potatoes
130 gr rucola
1 tablespoon pine nuts
180 gr cherry tomatoes
180 gr kackaval cheese
2 boiled eggs
1/2 red onion
chives or green onionsFor dressing:

1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 tablespoons olive oilPreparation

Steam the potatoes for 10-12 minutes until softened. Drain and rinse with cold water. Fry lightly in a pan with a little olive oil until they get a cheek, another color for about 4 minutes and let cool
Mix the dressing ingredients all in one bowl.
Spread on a plate rucola, diced cacao and potatoes.
Bake pine seeds in a pan without oil.
Continue with eggs, tomatoes, onion and chives on top of the salad, add salting dressing and black pepper. Tip: you can add finely chopped rosemary to the potatoes! Good luck
