5 tablespoons olive oil
6 tablespoons parsley
2 cloves garlic
1 piece of rye bread
2 tablespoons black olives
1 teaspoon of orange peel
1 medium spoon with capers
orange juice
4-5 pieces of salmon
1 glass of white wine
1 tablespoon butter
salt and black pepper

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Put the bread, parsley, garlic and olive oil in a food processor and mix.
Then add the olives, capers, orange peel and mix for a few seconds.
Place the salmon in the pan and cover with the previously prepared mixture.
In the pan add the orange juice and white wine.

Bake for 15-20 min.
Serve the salmon in warm dishes and add 1 tablespoon of butter to the salmon sauce and mix, pour this sauce over the salmon.
